A Photographer whose living in the Eden Valley, Cumbria on the edge of the Lake District for over 25 years and spend as much time as I can in the outdoors walking the hills and mountains in and around Cumbria, the Yorkshire Dales and Scotland and when time permits further afield.
Landscape photography has been a major passion for me for many years, this was originally as a record of the walks I have undertaken in the hills and mountains. Now I just love to be out and about on small or large walk and capture a small part of the ever changing colour, light and seasons.
You will find some well known landmarks pictured on this site but mostly I like to get off the beaten track where possible and concentrate on less visited places. I'm always adding new images so please visit regularly to see the latest additions.
Accompanied on many of these walks are usually walking friends and my Labrador Retrievers who also feature in some of the pictures either posing for a picture or enjoying the landscape in their own way.
